The First Annual No-Shave-November Charity Beard-a-thon For the Ladies starts in two short days.
…and I just put in an order for my very first straight razor.
What lousy timing. Oh, well – at least there’s a “no neckbeards” rule so I’ll have something that I can work on…

Main roads and main feeders were 100% clear, but there’s between 8″ and a foot down in the yards. Shows what I know about weather predicting.

Ah, California.  The state where 68F evening temperature means that it’s time to fire up the patio heaters and firepits at the restaurants.  Speaking of which, the A/C in my room appears not to work.  *grump*
I had dinner at a place called The Brewhouse and left quite happy.  I had their “Jambaella” for dinner because [...]

I just got my Google Voice phone number, but I don’t know what to do with it yet.
It’s the kind of thing where I thought “Well, I don’t have a use for it right now, but it’s free and maybe I’ll come up with something eventually.”
The one use-case I’ve developed so far (based off of [...]
