For a Google-owned property, you’d think that they’d make sure that Blogger behaved with Google Chrome. As it works presently, I can’t leave any comments on a Blogger.com site using Chrome.

I’ve seen this effect in a lot of slideshow software, but never knew what it was called.  
Really, I’m not a fan.  The problem that I’ve found is that most of the panning and zooming that these effects do is entirely random and pointless – it adds nothing but a false sense of motion.
